When I was in college, I didn’t worry about the effects of my lifestyle on my future. My diet consisted of food that tasted good no matter what. My body didn’t seem to react badly to the way I treated it. I was able to stay relatively fit and trim despite my excesses. As the years went by, my recovery from my excesses got slower and I grew into a whole new shape.
